Education plays an important role in physiotherapy. The goal of physiotherapy is to return you to your optimal function and strength, while educating you about your injury. This allows you to independently maintain a healthy body without the constant supervision of a therapist.

Registered Massage Therapists are health care professionals committed to restoring and maintaining optimal health and pain-free function of the body. They are educated and trained to accurately assess and treat with techniques that include massage and manual therapy, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy, and rehabilitative exercise such as stretching, strengthening, postural exercise and patient education.

Graham graduated from McGill University in 2002 with a BSc in Physiotherapy after completing 3 years of Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. He is originally from Lakefield and now resides in Warsaw with his wife and four kids. Graham has completed all of his training in the Manual and Manipulative Therapy (level 5) from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. As well, Graham has his level 1 Acupuncture and has taken the fit-for golf courses. Graham utilizes joint mobilizations, joint manipulations, exercise therapy, acupuncture, ultrasound and neural mobilization techniques in treating an assortment of spinal dysfunction and upper and lower extremity injuries. He previously volunteered physiotherapy coverage for the Peterborough Lakers Lacrosse as well as the Peterborough Half Ironman. Born and raised in Peterborough, Monica has always had a desire to help others. This desire lead her to pursue a career in massage therapy and ultimately join the FreeFlo team in 2017. With experience in both clinic and spa settings, she continues to enjoy the positive experiences and interactions with a variety of clients and looks forward to continue learning and expanding her knowledge and skillset.

In her free time, Monica enjoys doing yoga, reading, and spending time outdoors camping or hiking. She loves being surrounded by her family, friends, and rescued cats and dog.
